Terms and Conditions

  1. All bookings made for our events are none-transferrable or resalable and are made on a first-come-first-served basis.
  2. Bookings made via our websites and paid for by card will attract a booking fee to help minimise additional overheads introduced by this facility. This fee will be made clear after choosing your stands, prior to payment.
  3. Attendees at the event should only occupy the stands that have been booked. Occupying other stands may incur additional fees.
  4. Bookings should be paid for, in full, 24 hours prior to the event. Any booking that is not fully paid, will be cancelled and entrance will not be granted to the event.
  5. In the event of the cancellation, we reserve the right to change a cancellation fee to cover the costs we incur. Any funds paid to us, will be refunded either by card or cheque, depending on the payment method chosen. Please note that we are unable to provide refunds in cash.
  6. We reserve the right to ask attendees to remove any stand that attempts to utilise space outside of the area(s) allocate, without prior agreement. Please ensure that if extra space is required, an "extra space" stand is booked and paid for on your booking.
  7. Use of any power outlets is reserved for those attendees who have booked and paid for this facility.
